چکیده
This study discusses the genetic mutations that have a significant association with economically important traits would benefit tea breeders. The purpose of this was to analyze leaf quality and SNPs in quality-related genes plant collection 20 mutant genotypes growing without nitrogen fertilizers. Leaf N-content, catechins, L-theanine, caffeine contents were analyzed dry leaves via HPLC. Additionally, photochemical yield, electron transport efficiency, non-photochemical quenching using PAM-fluorimetry. next generation pooled amplicon–sequencing approach used for SNPs-calling 30 key related N metabolism quality. content varied significantly among (p ≤ 0.05) from 2.3 3.7% mass. 0.7 11.7 mg g−1, L-theanine 0.2 5.8 g−1 Significant positive correlations detected between biochemical parameters such as theanine, caffeine, most catechins. However, negative observed photosynthetic (Y, ETR, Fv/Fm) several compounds, including rutin, Quercetin-3-O-glucoside, Kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside, Kaempferol-3-O-glucoside, Theaflavin-3′-gallate, gallic acid. From our SNP-analysis, three WRKY57 all low content. Moreover, 29 high or moderate effect specific #316 (high quality) #507 (low quality). use linear regression model revealed 16 associations; theaflavin, ECG associated following genes: ANSa, DFRa, GDH2, 4CL, AlaAT1, MYB4, LHT1, F3′5′Hb, UFGTa. Among them, seven led changes amino acid final proteins 4Cl, These results will be useful further evaluations help provide better understanding mechanisms uptake efficiency tree crops.

Growth differentiation factor 9 (GDF9) belong to the superfamily of transforming growth factor β that is highly expressed in growing ovarian follicles of oocyte, and it has been strongly related to fecundity traits in sheep. Therefore, the GDF9 gene could serve as a genetic marker for improvement of reproductive performance in sheep. Therefore, the aim of this study was to invest...
